Prof. Yang Deng

Biography:
Prof. Yang Deng, Doctor and Master’s Supervisor, holds the esteemed title of “Leading Talent in Innovation and Entrepreneurship” awarded by Chengyang District, Qingdao. He is also a core member of the inaugural “Special Support Plan” for outstanding talents at Qingdao Agricultural University. In parallel, Prof. Deng serves as the Deputy Director of the Shandong Provincial Engineering Research Center for Special Food Nutrition and Innovation, Director of the Scientific Research Division at Qingdao Special Food Research Institute, and Guest Associate Editor for the prestigious SCI-indexed journal Frontiers in Microbiology (Q2, IF 5.2). He is a committee member of the National Technical Committee on Brewing Standardization, a reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and an esteemed peer reviewer for journals such as Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition and Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, where he has consistently been recognized as an outstanding reviewer over multiple years. Prof. Deng has supervised the successful completion of two National College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Programs, with one program achieving outstanding recognition. He teaches undergraduate courses, including Brewing Technology, and has mentored five graduate students to date.
Prof. Chinta Sudhakar

Biography:
Dr. Chinta Sudhakar, born on June 26, 1959, is the Vice Chancellor of Yogi Vemana University in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has a strong academic background in biosciences, completing his post-graduation in Biosciences with Plant Biology at S.K. University (1981-1983), followed by an M.Phil (1984-1985) and a PhD in Botany (1985-1990) from the same institution. Dr. Sudhakar launched his professional career as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany at S.K. University from 1987 to 1998, where his dedication led to his promotion to Associate Professor, a position he held until 2004. He also served as Additional Coordinator for the Department of Biotechnology, showcasing his leadership qualities. In 2004, he became a Professor of Biotechnology, further solidifying his academic reputation. As Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sudhakar has been instrumental in fostering academic excellence and innovation at Yogi Vemana University. Under his leadership, the university has achieved significant advances in research capabilities and program development. Dr. Sudhakar's research contributions in plant biology have garnered recognition in academic circles, and he is known for mentoring students and young researchers, guiding them toward successful careers in science and academia. His career reflects a commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and education, highlighting his dedication to nurturing future generations of scientists and researchers.
